Happy Bastille Day!

To celebrate Bastille day, every year we go to a friend’s house and prank call the same number to sing Les Marseilles and wish the fellow Happy Bastille day. So this year I created this French flag based look with Sugarpill with a celebratory Eye Kandy liner!
