GI Joe Makeup & OOTD

I went to see the latest GI Joe movie and thought I'd rig up a makeup look with green and camouflage army-like colours. So this is what I came up with and it was a good chance to use colours I don't usually gravitate towards. I took the chance to use my Eye Kandy Semi Sweet sprinkles for a glittery eyeliner, which looks amazing over a black base.

For all the action and gun fire I wore my gun belt buckle GI Joe was the first movie in a while that I have enjoyed Bruce Willis in and what could be better than a plethora of ninjas!

Enjoy!

Animal series: Lavender Leopard

This look is an entry for Youtube Kristianathe's 15k subscriber contest for a Dramatic/Editorial makeup inspired by fashion. I have created a video which you can check out here.

I based this makeup on a leopard, but not just any leopard.

These cute bastards come in many different colours and I chose to get inspiration from a Snow leopard and also my Karen Millan hand bag and shoes, but changed up the colours because I was in a purple mood. I have so many gorgeous purples from Inglot and Sugarpill because purple was my first love in the world of eyeshadow. I went all out with some purple rhinestones and MAC 3D glitter and played with my Lime Crime Orchidaceous uniliner.

You have to check out Kristianathe blog here.

This look is for my Animal series that I started last year with a tiger look, check it here

Dotting Bling!

This is a cute as hell design based on ModNail's Polka dot Madness. It really gives me a vintage vibe and I feel damn fancy with these nails. I really love the design.

I don't have my matte top coat yet, however I grabbed my matte pink polish and added some dots with my new dotting tool then relished in adding chunky bling in clusters to my tips. The accent nail is created with a black base and Fuchsia Fantasy nail foil from dollarnailart.com and I only used top coat on that nail to keep the matte finish of the rest of them.

I entered the MakeupBee competition for spring nails, so feel free to check it out here and give me some "luv" as they say over at MB.

Enjoy!

A picture of my other hand's accent nail cause it came out better.

A Good Day to Die Hard Makeup & OOTD

I went to see the new Die Hard movie: A good day to Die Hard and took the chance to wear my new flamed leggings and went for a femme fatale look for the makeup.

The shape and colours of the makeup was inspired by GlitterGirlC's Disney good vs. evil makeup where she used Sugarpill's Lumi over a black shadow and blended it out to a purple. And also Goldiestarling's easy cat eye look; I used her technique with the black shadow and tape. I really loved these looks so much I had to incorporate some of the elements into this look.

Inspired Guns n' Roses EOTD

This is the inspired look for the Guns n' Roses gig I went to a few weeks ago. See the OOTD, makeup and photos from the gig for that here!

I didn't have enough time to do this look on the day so I created this EOTD based on their logo. I used Sugarpill @#$%! and Buttercupcake with Asylum and Goldilux over the top for some shine and some greens like Midori and UD Graffiti for the rose element and for the guns I used some silver and slate Inglot shades.

Enjoy!
